Off-Season Youth Pitching

Youth athletes (10-13U) train in small groups on consistent days and times for 18-weeks throughout the offseason (November – mid-March).  The focuses of the program will be developing proper arm-care habits, establishing throwing routines, improving mechanical efficiency, and developing off-speed pitches. 

Group 1: MW 4-5pm 
Group 2: MW 5-6pm
Group 3: TTH 5-6pM

Total Player Program Pitching Classes   

The Total Player Program is the foundation of MASH and a great resource for players looking to improve all aspects of their game, including pitching.  These classes expose players to a wide variety of skills in a proven development system. We offer classes consistently throughout the year and up to 7 days a week from November through March. Pitching classes are limited to 6 players per coach.  


PRE-SEASON PITCHING PROGRAM

This 6-week program is for 10U – 14U athletes aiming to increase their throwing load in preparation for their spring season. The focuses of the program will be developing proper arm-care habits, establishing throwing routines, improving mechanical efficiency, and developing off-speed pitches.  Groups will meet twice per week for six weeks. Players will be placed in groups based on age and ability.  Program dates: March 16-April 23, 2026.   

Group 2: MW 4-5pm 
Group 3: MW 5-6pm 
Group 4: MW 6-7pm 
Group 5: MW 7-8pm 
Group 6: MW 8-9pm
