Carsen Gross

Lead Pitching Instructor

Carsen Gross is a dedicated baseball coach who believes player development starts with building great teammates, creating positive energy, and motivating athletes of all ages.

A graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, Carsen specializes in pitching, hitting, and fielding development. His experience includes coaching teams at both the MASH St. Cloud and MASH National levels.

He spent a summer with the St. Paul Saints, the Triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins. Known for his enthusiasm and ability to connect with players, Carsen brings energy, knowledge, and passion to every environment he leads.
